Frequently asked questions on move in and move out cleanings
Do I need to be there for the move out cleaning?
No! It actually is preferred if you are able to leave a key or a lockbox code. We will lock up once finished and send you a notification when the job is completed
Do you shampoo or clean carpets?
Unfortunately at this time we are not offering this service. We do have a couple companies we would be happy to recommend to you that we have worked with in the past
Does the service include exterior windows or tracks?
No, the move in / out does not include these services. To add them to the booking please contact us ahead of time as we have only certain individuals who have been trained on efficient and pristine window cleaning
Is a deposit required?
No deposit required, but we will ask for a card on file to reserve your booking
Will the maids bring all their own supplies?
Yes! We come fully equipped for every job including the vacuum
How many cleaners will be there?
This question depends on the day and time. For move in / outs over 1500 sq feet we prefer to send at least 2 cleaners if we are able. For anything under it will more than likely be just one. However, if you need a job done faster and need a larger cleaning team please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything in our power to accommodate
How long does a move in or move out cleaning take?Â
Every house and situation is different so its really difficult to say. We will give a range. A 1500 sq feet move out cleaning will be anywhere from 5-8 man hours on average
